Yes. By default a reasonable log should already be there.
If not then configure log settings in the qdrouterd.conf
---
log {
    module: ROUTER_LS
    enable: trace+
}

log {
    module: ROUTER_MA
    enable: trace+
}

log {
    module: ROUTER_HELLO
    enable: trace+
}
---
