Yes, it looks like it is not responding to the drain request. You can 
try Receiver::get() instead of fetch to workaround that if you need to. 
(The difference is that get will return at the end of the timeout 
without trying to 'flush' out its credit).

That would be great, thanks! (I couldn't find an existing one describing 
the issue and in the event its a duplicate, its easy to close).
