Subject Introducing Apache.NMS.AMQP - A Qpid-based AMQP protocol Provider for activemq-dotnet
Date Mon, 10 Feb 2014 20:50:41 GMT
Apache NMS (http://activemq.apache.org/nms/) "Allows you to build .NET applications in C#,
VB, or any other .NET language, using a single API to connect to multiple different providers
using a JMS style API."

Work has reached a delivery milestone on Apache.NMS.AMQP (http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/activemq/activemq-dotnet/Apache.NMS.AMQP/trunk/)
which leverages the Qpid C++ Messaging .NET Binding to provide NMS access to AMQP versions
1.0 and 0-10.

NMS users get access to AMQP 1.0 features and functions, including Dispatch Router, using
a familiar programming style.

The package has not been officially accepted yet into the family of NMS Providers but there's
enough there to get you started if you want to give it at try. Track official progress at
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMQNET-454 .

Regards,
Chuck
