Also check environment variable QPID_BUILD_ROOT. Before you compile the .NET binding this should
be set to be the directory in which CMake was run originally. For instance:

1. Check out the source tree to: D:\svn
2. Cd to D:\svn\qpid\cpp
3. CMake -i
4. devenv qpid-cpp.sln   # Compile qpid cpp. I make RelWithDebInfo.
5. SET QPID_BUILD_ROOT=D:\svn\qpid\cpp
6. CD to D:\svn\qpid\cpp\bindings\qpid\dotnet
7. devenv org.apache.qpid.messaging.sln # compile the binding
