Subject Build failed in Jenkins: Qpid-proton-c #405

Changes:

[rhs] made pn_collector_put public and modified collector to work with regular void * pointers
as well as pn_object pointers

[rhs] added PN_WEAKREF class and removed options

[rhs] split object code into different files

[rhs] made list and map take classes

[rhs] revised class system to be more extensible

[rhs] moved event code into its own directory; made pn_collector_put public
