Note that this tool does not yet _do the right thing_ with regard to reply-to addresses. 
The tool is build on the Proton Messenger interface which does not yet provide access to dynamic
termini in links.  Until this support is available, a global reply address is used.

Note that the qpid::messaging client could be used to properly take advantage of a temporary
routable address.
