QPID-5038: [Java Broker Tests] Fix leak from message store tests

Ensure that all message store tests close the message store under test on all code paths.
This prevents a BDB thread leak manifesting
when running a BDB profile.

> As reported in QPID-5012, some message store system tests do not properly close the message
store under test. When testing BDB JE, this problem manifests itself as leaked JE threads
(BDB cleaner thread etc). This problem does not cause test failures, but is undesirable
all the same.
