Log:
Support for multiple protocols in qpid::Url.

- simplified qpid::Address to hold (protocol,host,port) triples.
- protocol plugins call Url:addProtocol to add tags to Url parser.
- use Address::protocol when establishing connections.
- ssl_test: tests using URL to connect.
