   @ivankelly I actually changed to the X3 root certs since this is the actual certs used
to sign the certificates as explained in https://letsencrypt.org/certificates/ 
   
   That is also the CA cert bundled in Chrome and Firefox.
   
   I verified this works by doing: 
   
   ```java
   PulsarClient client = PulsarClient.builder()
                   .serviceUrl("pulsar+ssl://letsencrypt.org:443")
                   .build();
   
   Producer<byte[]> producer  = client.newProducer().topic("test-topic").create();
   ```
