I am not sure what is the cause of the issue here as the same configuration works in the created
distribution. 
I have added the additional spring dependencies to the bundle startup in features.xml that
currently fixes the issue.

Activiti supports a  large number of database and we should test that we have the right configuration
mechanisms in place and the right .jar files on the classpath to make it easy to use a different
one.
