First attempt at this. Added a new fragment bundle to use spring jdbc with Postgres. Also
exposed jdbc parameters through configuration. 

I do not think that I will be able to use it is a test case as this will require a running
postgres instance.

mechanisms in place and the right .jar files on the classpath to make it easy to use a different
