I'd like to propose a new committer to Apache Portals, and specifically the
Pluto team:

Martin Scott Nicklous

Scott has been working with the IBM WebSphere Portal development
team since 1999 in various roles. He was indirectly involved with both the
JSR 168 and the JSR 286 standardization efforts. Currently, he is
Specification Lead for JSR 362 Portlet Specification 3.0. He will be making
contributions to the Pluto project and to the Portlet API interface code.
He is very happy to be in this role, and is looking forward to actively
participating in the community!

I believe that Scott, as the Portlet 3.0 spec lead, will be a valuable
addition to the team.
