Hello,

I'd appreciate if anyone could review the patch at jira-url and commit
it if you feel ok with it. If anyone can to this in the next days
please let me know. I know that the discussion about putting the
API-jar on a public repository or not is an important one, but it is
very important for my work that the patch gets committed soon (and it
has been in the pipeline for quite a while). I need to get started
working on the remaining open issues and the difference between the
local repository that I am working on and the Apache repository should
not become too big. I included the updated headers last week and
updated them again on this day, so I hope there will not be any
technical objections against the patch. I'd therefore very much
appreciate if anybody could commit the patch.

Best regards

Torsten
