Subject Security of jetspeed 2.0

Hello there.

I want to implement the following functions in Jetspeed 2.0:

1. If users did not login, then are denied to access anything and redirect
to a login page.
2. If users logged in, they would be redirect to the welcome page of
Jetspeed 2.0.

What should I do to implement this?
