Subject Failed to start j2

Hello there,

I built j2 from source and went all the way to the deploy process with 
no problems.
So I started up the tomcat5.5.12 and it seems to hang after these messages,

Tomcat just sit right there with no error messages to the log files.

I also have try to run installer version (With Derby) as well but ran 
into "jdbc driver not found"
problem, so my questions are, where is the Derby's jdbc driver locate in 
the installer version?
