Subject Unable to get PSML database working
Date Sat, 22 Mar 2003 07:14:06 GMT
I am using JetSpeed 1.4b3, Tomcat 4.1.18, with SQL Server 2000 Developer.

I can get the User database working just fine.

I am trying to now get the PSML database working. I have set up the
Torque.properties file, and run "ant import". No problems there.

When I try to load up the site, I get the error:

Error retrieving Portal Page: Profile not found.

This is for the ANON user, when I login with any of my other users I get the
same error.

In the jetspeed.log, I see:

[22 Mar 2003 02:00:27 DEBUG] - Profiler: fallback called with:
BaseProfile[anon/en/US/html/default.psml]

In my tomcat window I get several:
[Fatal Error] :2:2654: Content is not allowed in trailing section.

I am using the Microsoft JDBC driver, have also tried the jTDS driver with
the same results. Have also tried running a nightly release of
JetSpeed...still get the same error.

My Torque.prop file:
<...snip...>
torque.database.default.adapter=mssql
torque.dsfactory.default.pool.defaultMaxConnections=10
torque.dsfactory.default.pool.maxExpiryTime=3600
torque.dsfactory.default.pool.connectionWaitTimeout=10
torque.dsfactory.default.connection.driver =
com.microsoft.jdbc.sqlserver.SQLServerDriver
torque.dsfactory.default.connection.url =
jdbc:microsoft:sqlserver://MERCURY:1433
torque.dsfactory.default.connection.user =  jetspeed
torque.dsfactory.default.connection.password = jetspeed <...snip...>

I have verified that there are entries in the "JETSPEED_USER_PROFILE" table.

Can anyone help???

Thanks

Jeff Peake
