Sylvain Raymond Pélissier closed JS2-1133.

User could be created without any error reported.
Next to that, I successfully loged in with that user credentials.

> Internal Error upon adding a new user
> -------------------------------------
> Key: JS2-1133
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JS2-1133
> Project: Jetspeed 2
> Issue Type: Bug
> Affects Versions: 2.2.1
> Environment: Any browser
> Tomcat 6.0.18
> Windows 7
> Reporter: Sylvain Raymond Pélissier
> Assignee: Woonsan Ko
> Fix For: 2.2.1
> Attachments: LoginException
> Not possible to add new users.
> Logged in as admin, switch to the Security Administration space, then navigate to User
> User Browser portlet should be in view, then enter New User Name:, Password: and click
Add User (you may want to check that Profiling Rule is empty before you click)
> After hitting the button, the perspective changes to a page where Internal Error is displayed,
there is also a Return to home page link, which, if used, leads back to the User Browser portlet.
> Under the User list, a link is found for that specific user, so although there was an
Internal Error it has been (even partly) created.
> Further attempt to log in under that user name will lead to the following message displayed
by the Login Portlet portlet: 'Invalid password'. While a LoginException occurs (see LoginException
in attachment)
> The jetspeed.log file contains the following:
> ERROR [org.apache.jetspeed.om.page.psml.SecurityConstraintsImpl.dereferenceSecurityConstraintsRefs():318]
dereferenceSecurityConstraintsRefs(): Unable to dereference "users" security constraints definition.
