Show theme depending what user you are

                 Key: JS2-653
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JS2-653
             Project: Jetspeed 2
          Issue Type: New Feature
    Affects Versions: 2.1-dev
         Environment: Software platform
            Reporter: Adolfo OrdiƱana
            Priority: Minor
             Fix For: 2.1-dev

Must be interesting you can show different look(theme) depending what user you are.
For example, if you login like admin, you can see Tigris theme in all portal(and change it
if you like, of course), and if you login like "user" you must see "blueocean" theme(asociated
to "user" by admin) and see this theme in all portal pages(optional is to change the theme
by user only in user's private area), in the other portal pages, user can't change the theme
of course, and if you login like "Peter" you must see other different theme than the other
And the same with portlet themes.
