Great job ! 

the installer works fine on my machine, I can start tomcat from this installation but all
portlet are emtpy on each page. I see only the portle ideas. I don't something in the log.
Do you have an idea ?

I can confirm this problem. I didn't find any logfile but the error I got on the
screen was:
   Invalid implementation version between Ant core and Ant optional tasks.
   core    : 1.6.2
   optional: 1.6.0
I haven't tried to update my own Ant version yet so this is how far I got.
Nonetheless, this already really looks good.
