  Added:       portals-bridges/perl project.properties project.xml
               portals-bridges/perl/src/java/org/apache/portals/bridges/perl
                        PerlPortlet.java PerlParameters.java
  Log:
  Moved per portlet code from Application/perl into portals-bridges
  Added action processing to perl portlet. Using actions when a user navigates inside the
portlet (links in perl/cgi script)
  Part of the cleanup effort for the upcoming release
