Account creation process should have a lifetime

------- Additional Comments From paulsp@apache.org 2002-01-11 08:02 -------
Please add the following functionality:
o Accounts that have been create, and confirmed if applicable, can be expired or
disabled. This allows for excessive login failures, employee termination,
diabled due to inactivity, trial/temporary accounts, ect....

o The login process should verify the account is enabled, i.e. not disabled or
expired, during the login process. Thus, if the cleanup job has not run
since the account expired, the user will not be allows to login. This also
allow the Jetspeed administrator to enable the account.

o The "A secret key is being mailed to you" message should a "you have
until 01-Jan-2003 to login or the account will be disabled" message

o "Expiration dates" and "Account Enabled" must be maintainable by the
Jetspeed administrator, ideally in the same place where the other
  user unformation is maintained.

o The cycle of the "expired/disabled user cleanup job" must be maintainable
by the Jetspeed administrator WITHOUT requiring a restart. I addition a
"Run now" option and a "disable future runs" would be valuable features.
