This is related to a BIGGER problem!!

Entries should be uniquely identified by ID or ID and Name.  Currently the Name
is ASSUMED to be unique, which is why all entries with the same name are deleted
instead of the desired one.

The fix may require changes to AbstractPortlet.getHandle().

The test case should include 2 instance of the same portlet with different
parameter values, i.e. JavaWeb with dont_remove_applet = yes and
dont_remove_applet = no
