Yes of course, by swapping the order of services loading, you may have
solved my init problem.

I was experiencing the exact same problem with Hypersonic.
Not sure whats going on there, but its probably a Hypersonic issue.
You may want to test it with another database

Im out of town and won't get to look at  this until Wednesday
