Depending on what you want out, you may well be better off using Apache 
Tika. Using HSMF directly gives you lots of control, using Tika provides 
everything needed for the common case

That looks like the kind of wacky rtf that Oulook is often fond of. You'll 
need to ensure that your RTF parser (whichver you use) can handle this
