Unfortunately you can't. XSSF allows you only to create add images but
can't read existing ones.

One way to get this information is to grab drawing xml and parse it
yourself. You want to look at the twoCellAnchor elements in
drawing.xml:

<twoCellAnchor editAs="twoCell">
  <from>
    <col>1</col>
    <colOff>0</colOff>
    <row>1</row>
    <rowOff>0</rowOff>
  </from>
  <to>
    <col>10</col>
    <colOff>0</colOff>
    <row>30</row>
    <rowOff>0</rowOff>
  </to>
