Thanks for your reply. This feature would have been great one. 

I also tried an another work around in which I created a xsl file and pasted
the html content as paste special feature of excel. This way the excel
rendered the parsed html. Later read this cell style using poi and copied
the style object. Applied the same style for into a cell of my excel file,
but it didn't work. But It copied the font though, but didn't parse the
html. HTML appeared as is.
