Yeah we are saving Excel file before closing it.
But we just discovered that POI reads formula cell from excel 97.
But it doesn't work or reads proper formula cell values with Excel 2000. 
Pls let us know how to handle it with Excel 2000.

1. Do you SAVE the file in Excel before closing.

2. Are you sure you're opening the SAVED file, and not the ORIGINAL
file?
