A little more info on this.

This is probably all documented somwehere nicely in an MS book, but anyway
here it is for what its worth.

The row width (first row cell to last row cell) appears to be fixed as a
constant value across sixteen row increments, i.e. rows 0 to 15 are all the
same, rows 16 to 31 are the same, etc. Widths can and do vary for different
sixteen cell chunks but not within an individual chunk.
