Alright, found that when I save an excel sell as cell.setCellValue(double)
and retrieve it as a NumericCell even as a BigDecimal cell, the precision
and scale are lost. The only solution is to save a floating point value in a
cell as a string and then read them as a BigDecimal.

This is not a great idea.
