In regards to the Word format documentation, there isn't a lot that has been added. Basically, they've added new SPRMs and some of the old data structures have some changes. There seem to be a lot of new features that are hinted at in the FIB but not documented. Also, Embedded objects and images haven't been documented any better. Looking at the Excel and Powerpoint docs, it's pretty much a listing of records with tiny bits of info on how everything fits together.
