[PATCH] HSSFColor.getIndexHash() returns incorrect & incomplete mapping

           Summary: [PATCH] HSSFColor.getIndexHash() returns incorrect &
                    incomplete mapping
           Product: POI
           Version: 2.0-dev
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Minor
          Priority: Other
         Component: HSSF
        AssignedTo: poi-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: bsanders@risklabs.com

org.apache.poi.hssf.util.HSSFColor.getIndexHash() returns the incorrect mapping
for HSSFColor.TURQUOISE. Additionally, not all colors in the standard palette
are represented.

Attached patch fixes mapping for HSSFColor.TURQUOISE, adds missing colors, and
adds repeated mappings (e.g., HSSFColor.BLUE is at index 0xc and 0x27).
