Hi Scott,
I'd also suggest configuring NetBeans to open BXML files using the XML editor. However, you
can add "text/xml" as a MIME type to BXMLSerializer if you like. See BXMLSerializer#getMIMETypes()
and BXMLSerializer#getFileExtensions().
