ScrollBarPolicy it works correctly. Thank you.
But why can't one use ScrollBarPolicy.ALWAYS vertical ScrollBarPolicy
with VerticalAlignment.BOTTOM? Isn't it a bug? I've seen a Win32
native application (mIRC IRC client) that behaves that way.
