I use this solution in my Pivot app that I'm working on right now (using
Deskotp.open() and relying on the native PDF viewer to print) -- it works
well.  Note that ApplicationContext.open translates to Desktop.browse(),
which is not guaranteed to yield the same behavior as Desktop.open().
