Set the theme as follows before you load your UI:

Theme.setTheme(new TerraTheme("org/apache/pivot/wtk/skin/terra/ 
TerraTheme_test.json"));

That constructor is actually new - I'll check it in shortly. In the  
meantime, you can use the URL-based constructor.
