Subject [jira] [Commented] (PHOENIX-5346) SaltedIndexIT is flapping
Date Fri, 14 Jun 2019 02:38:00 GMT

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/PHOENIX-5346?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=16863635#comment-16863635

Lars Hofhansl commented on PHOENIX-5346:
----------------------------------------

In this line:
{code}
        query = "SELECT * FROM " + indexTableFullName;
        rs = conn.createStatement().executeQuery(query);
        assertTrue(rs.next());
        assertEquals("y",rs.getString(1));
{code}
Do we need to give a SERIAL hint? Otherwise Phoenix is allowed to reorder as it sees fit,
no?
We do not want to give add ORDER BY because we want to check the right order in the index
table, right?
