Not necessarily [~swaroopa]. Consider if the table is already present, but the CSV file is
not spanning either whole table or have some extra columns which the table does not have.

In that case, the header will be useful in the mapping of a column of the with that of CSV.
It can also be extended to the case that if CSV has an extra column which the table doesn't
have, we can add the column dynamically from the header by taking the header schema as an
input.
