Maven doesn't allow keeping the parent and child artifact name same since it cannot differentiate
between the two. Hence the idea of having a single parent-pom to manage both phoenix-queryserver
and phoenix-queryserver-client won't work. We need to create either another artifactId (which
is painful to maintain for users I feel) or maintain them as two separate projects (which
brings the downside of releasing them separately). What do you suggest?
