Thanks [~jamestaylor] for the speedy reply.

The tool was created for internal use, so it was not created with automated tests and it is
currently on Phoenix 4.10. Can you guide us regarding how to bring this into the project?
Specifically,
 * Do we need to add tests to meet coverage level
 * Do we need to bring this up to speed to a given version of phoenix
 * Do we add this as a new module to the main project?
