Was talking with Artem about this one offline:

This is coming from Java itself. We constructed a command like {{java -jar /file/that/doesnt/exist
...}} so Java is yelling at us.

+1 on this fix. Just to confirm: this fixed the issue you were seeing and the tool ran successfully
after, [~dbist13]?
