The general pattern in our tests has been to do a DML at ts and then query before and after
ts to test out point in time queries. I am not sure if there would be a way of doing that
after PHOENIX-4096.

sort of a timestamp/scn issue. [~jamestaylor] - any ideas? Would injecting our own clock in
EnvironmentEdge help?
