Agree with [~gjacoby]. Let's have a DEFAULT_INDEX_WRITER_RPC_RETRIES_NUMBER instead of using
HConstants.DEFAULT_HBASE_CLIENT_RETRIES_NUMBER and default it to something small (maybe 2
or 3?). Do we need to set the time outs lower too, similar to how we setup our HBase client?
Seems like we should mimic those settings IHMO.
