[~mujtabachohan] - I added a test to LocalIndexIT locally using the exact table and index
DDL here and I'm not able to reproduce this error on the master branch. Do you happen to remember
if there are additional circumstances that created it? (For example, was it just index creation
that caused the protobuf to deserialize improperly or did you also need to insert data into
the table either before or after creating the local index?)
