If you are testing HBASE-18000 be sure to pick up the addendum too

The only workaround is to increase the RPC timeout to be really high which is not such a good
idea. It's quite possible HBASE-18000 is the root cause. Would it be possible to test that
theory on master (i.e. with HBase 1.3 plus the patch for HBASE-18000), [~samarthjain] &
[~mujtabachohan]?
