[~tdsilva] - I am wondering as part of this JIRA, we should remove the support for adding
the immutable_rows = true property on the views. It is wrong to allow setting the immutable
property on views especially in the context of using encoding schemes for tables. Basically,
we can't allow a view to expect that columns are encoded (by virtue of IMMUTABLE_ROWS = true)
when the base table itself doesn't have that property set.
