1) The following sql can work on phoenix:
[ select col from (select col as "dimCode" from dual) t ] 
2) The following sql can also work on phoenix, but get "COL" column name:
[ select "dimCode" from (select col as "dimCode" from dual) t ] 

Whether or not it's the same reason, thanks.
