I've pushed renaming stuff for query server/client in the pull request. 
Also added exclude from shading for avatica.proto. to make PQS working from tarball.
[~elserj] speaking about  query server/client dependencies in the phoenix-client - we do not
ship a separate jar file for PQS, so we run it from client jar.
