[~mujtabachohan] - I ran the perf regression suite[1], but I'm still seeing slowness for the
query you mentioned before: 
{code}
select count(*) from TABLE_1CF where f < 10000
{code}
The explain plan looks the same for both, but the guideposts are different. Would you mind
double checking for me on if there's a regression or not?
