> When autocommit is on, we collect and send batches of deletes to HBase. Previously a
commit was done for this, but with transactions, we differentiate sending the updates from
committing the transaction. The former can be batched and occur many times, while the latter
needs to occur only once for the entire statement. This fixes that.
