elena commented on PHOENIX-1551:
--------------------------------

I also encountered this problem. But it was even more serious that I found after upgrading
from Phoenix 4.0.0 to 4.2.2, my HBase could not run successfully. Each time when I run 'start-hbase.sh'
, the HMater and HRegionServers processes will appear. But no more than 1 mimutes, all of
the HRegionServers will fail. The RegionServer's log is said:"coprocessor.CoprocessorHost:
The coprocessor org.apache.phoenix.coprocessor.MetaDataEndpointImpl threw java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:org/apache/hadoop/metrics2/MetricsInfo
". There is no error when i use Phoenix 4.0.0. My environment is hadoop 1.2.1 and hbase 0.98.6.1.
What's the solution?
